Malik is a career planning and a job search specialist. He uses a combination of Professional Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) tools & techniques combined with Recruitment experience, to ensure you can make informed decisions and take the action you need to progress your career.

Continuously learning, Malik completed a Degree in Business Studies gained from London Metropolitan University, a Certificate in Professional Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of business & career management and people development.

A business entrepreneur in his own right Malik Ayman has established several successful companies. His career includes training, people development, sales and marketing roles, property, finance, and telecommunication, gained from working within both private and public sector.

In addition complementing Malik’s career & business advice he is a fully qualified Tae Kwon-Do (Korean Martial Arts) student & Instructor, Malik currently holds a 2nd Degree Black International Tae Kwon-Do Federation, regularly participates in raising funds for charities taking part in 10k fun runs, sporting and motivational events.
